As Latin and Ballroom dance industry is mostly driven by imported dancers and instructors from different European countries, our Teacher Training Program is designed to offer the same opportunities here, as they have in Europe, and use European expertise to train and develop a new generation of dance teachers right here, at home, in the USA.
Our FREE teacher training program is the first step on that journey. During the 6 mos program, trainees will have an opportunity to learn the following:
- Junior associate level steps and combinations in American Rhythm & Smooth and Night Club Dances
- How to teach group and private lessons in practical on court training with actual students
- How to choreograph a custom choreography in practical on court training with actual students
- How to successfully attend a dance competition
- How to become a great social dancer
- How to enroll, register and retain customers
- How to build a successful continuous schedule with income in 6 figures within 3 years or earlier
What becomes available for those who successfully complete the Teacher Training Program is:
- Employment with EuroRhythm Dance Studio or our affiliates
- Continuous, ongoing FREE training in additional styles and levels
- Possibility to establish your own independent teacher business with 6-figure income right after employment with us, within 3 years from start
- Possibility to own a dance studio with full dance and logistical support
